olli&pop shopping terms follow standard retail practice but customers must read and understand these terms prior to placing an order on this website. Please note, our shopping terms & conditions may be occasionally updated without notice to our customers and will be effective from any orders placed thereafter.

Refunds & Exchanges

 If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily offer you a full refund or an exchange if the     product(s) are returned to olli&pop in perfect, unused condition within 10 days of purchase. We recommend that you     contact olli&pop before returning the product(s) and that you carefully re-package the product(s) as we cannot be     responsible for packages that go missing or arrive damaged. We are unable to refund the initial postage fee and additional     postage and handling fees will be incurred by you.

  olli&pop products are thoroughly examined prior to delivery, however, in the unlikely event that your product(s) arrives     damaged, please contact olli&pop on +61 0 400 273 027 and you will be offered a full refund or product exchange once     the product(s) is returned to olli&pop and inspected. If you chose to accept a refund, you will be credited the amount to     the original method of payment (including the cost of the return postage) and once refunded you will receive a     confirmation email. If you would like your product(s) to be replaced, olli&pop will deliver a new product, free of charge.

  

Delivery


   olli&pop deliver Australia-wide for a flat fee of $4.95 AUD. You will only incur one postal charge per order, regardless of       the amount of items requested. Please allow 2-5 working days (if items are in stock) for delivery within Australia.
